About the Creator

Hi, I’m Jennet Bowdridge — architect turned creative renewal coach and watercolour artist. I know what it feels like to lose touch with creativity. For years, I lived in a world of deadlines and precision until stress and burnout left me disconnected from the joy that once defined me. Picking up a paintbrush after nearly a decade became my turning point — and reminded me that creativity isn’t a luxury; it’s a lifeline. Now, I help mid- and late-career creative souls, who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, rediscover their spark through gentle guidance, practical strategies, and small steps that fit into real life. If you’ve ever wondered whether your creativity could return, you’re not alone. I’ve been there — and I’m here to help you find joy again. I created this course because I understand the challenges of setting aside creativity for career or life, and recovering from burnout.  I'm excited to share my knowledge and help you reignite your creative spark.
